One month of clarity, truth, and real support, in writing.

Some seasons of life feel heavy, messy, loud inside your own head.
And sometimes talking feels too exposing, too fast, or too tiring.

Writing is different.

It lets you drop the armour at your own pace.

It gives you space to think, feel, pause, return, rewrite—all the things a spoken conversation doesn’t always allow.

And it gives me a clear window into what’s truly happening under the surface, so we can work from the truth instead of the performance.

My guidance draws on nervous-system literacy, psychological insight, and many years of working with complex inner and relational dynamics. I may also use Ba Zi quietly as a background lens to support accuracy and pacing, without imposing labels or interpretations.

How it works

For thirty days, you have a dedicated written guidance space with me.

You are welcome to write whenever something needs to be expressed, clarified, or untangled.
I read everything carefully and respond in a considered, deliberate way, usually once per week on a dedicated reply day.

This rhythm allows your words to land fully and gives me the space to respond from depth rather than immediacy. Most people find that it creates better perspective and ease than constant back and forth.

Over the month, you receive:

• Thoughtful written guidance rooted in insight rather than urgency

• Personal tools chosen specifically for your patterns and personality

• Support that is warm, grounded, and precise

• Zero judgment, zero pressure, and no need to perform

Every message I send is written by me, personally, not by AI. Nothing is copy pasted, generic, or recycled.

You bring what is alive for you.
I bring
perspective, pattern recognition, straightforward truth, and care.

What this guidance helps you do

• Sort through emotional noise and name what actually matters

• Recognise the patterns you’ve been repeating, often without noticing

• Loosen guilt and perfectionism that keep you stuck

• Reduce anxiety and quiet persistent self-doubt

• Shift out of mental loops and into forward movement

• Restore trust in your own perception and decisions

• Develop a steadier relationship with your inner world

This guidance supports movement, perspective, and self-trust, so you can feel lighter and more aligned with yourself over time.

"It’s not often in life that you come across

someone who will say something that

—without you realising it at the time—

will stay with you forever. Something so clear,

so well-defined and so unquestionably individual.

A simple yet profound group of words

intuitively created just for you.

This is Anna’s gift.

To this day, and ten years later,

I still carry with me those words.

They remain my strength when I hesitate,

my light when I’m scared,

and my compass when I’m confused.

Thank you Anna!"

Why writing works so well

Writing slows internal noise. Putting things into words often reveals a coherence you didn’t realise was there. It brings what has been vague, avoided, or tangled into view, where it can be met honestly.

Because writing creates distance as well as insight, it supports forward movement rather than rumination. You’re not just expressing what you feel. You’re beginning to see it more clearly, from the outside in.

And unlike spoken conversations, written guidance gives you something tangible to return to. Not for reassurance, but for perspective. Something you can reread when you need orientation, a reminder of what matters, or a steadier reference point as things continue to shift.

What you can talk to me about

Everything. Truly.

Self-confidence, low mood, fear of rejection, not belonging,

heartbreak, confusion, chronic fatigue, sexuality, intimacy, purpose,

identity wobbles, emotional overwhelm, existential questioning… all welcome.

Nothing is taboo.
Nothing is “too much.”
Nothing gets brushed aside.

Bring the real things. That's the whole point.

Who cares?!!!

• Grammar or spelling “quirks”
• Non-Pulitzer-prize wording

Please. I truly DO NOT CARE about those things.
Write to me like you would talk to a close friend. No need to impress, polish, or pretend. If I need clarification to help you better, I will ask. This is a space for
truth, not perfection.
